We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a pre-opening hotel in Deira. This role will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation while supporting smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a designated section or station in the kitchen.
Prepare and execute dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in your section.
Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations.
Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and efficient.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in your section.
Contribute to recipe development and adaptation for your section.
Assist other sections during peak hours as needed.
Participate in culinary events, promotions, and guest interactions.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in hotels or luxury kitchens.
Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Team player with leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
