We are seeking a Duty/Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during day and night shifts at our pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s most dynamic locations. You will be a key point of contact for guests and colleagues, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and a safe, welcoming environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day and night operations across all departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B.

• Manage and coordinate colleagues to ensure efficient workflows and consistent service delivery.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.

• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring accuracy and seamless guest experiences.

• Monitor public areas, guest rooms, and hotel facilities for cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.

• Conduct inspections, maintain accurate records of incidents and activities, and report to management.

• Support onboarding and training of new colleagues, and provide guidance to enhance team performance.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and operational efficiency.

• Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Night Manager, or in hotel operations management, preferably in pre-opening hotels.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a multicultural team and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

• Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
