Duty/Night Manager | Pre-Opening Hotel

We are seeking a Duty/Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during day and night shifts at our pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s most dynamic locations. You will be a key point of contact for guests and colleagues, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and a safe, welcoming environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day and night operations across all departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B.
Manage and coordinate colleagues to ensure efficient workflows and consistent service delivery.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring accuracy and seamless guest experiences.
Monitor public areas, guest rooms, and hotel facilities for cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.
Conduct inspections, maintain accurate records of incidents and activities, and report to management.
Support onboarding and training of new colleagues, and provide guidance to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and operational efficiency.
Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Night Manager, or in hotel operations management, preferably in pre-opening hotels.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a multicultural team and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
