We are looking for a Bell Attendant to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s most vibrant locations. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming first impression for guests, assisting with luggage, guest inquiries, and contributing to a smooth and memorable stay. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team shaping the guest experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression from arrival to departure.
Assist guests with luggage, escorting them to and from rooms during check-in and check-out.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions, keeping up-to-date with changes and events.
Manage messages, mail, and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Distribute newspapers and other guest items as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional concierge desk and storage areas.
Monitor guest profiles using the Opera Guest Profile system to personalize service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in pre-opening hotels is preferred.
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
