Hospitality Financial Analyst
As a Financial Analyst, you play a key role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions across the hotel group. This role involves analyzing hotel financial performance, preparing forecasts and budgets, evaluating business performance metrics, and delivering strategic insights to aid in decision-making at the corporate level.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data from multiple hotel properties, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash
flow reports. - Consolidate monthly financial results and prepare executive-level reports with variance explanations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans across all hotel units.
- Evaluate operating performance metrics such as RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and departmental margins.
- Support investment appraisals, ROI calculations, feasibility studies, and business cases for new projects or
expansions. - Monitor hotel KPIs and benchmark performance against budgets and industry standards.
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for revenue projections, pricing strategies, and cost
optimization. - Collaborate with hotel GMs, Directors of Finance, and operational heads to gather data and improve reporting accuracy.
- Assist in preparing presentations for Regional Director of Finance.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with internal policies and USALI standards.
