Hospitality Finance Manager

Hospitality Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial consolidation and reporting across multiple properties within the region. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manages regional consolidation and financial reporting.
- Standardize financial policies and templates across all properties.
- Supports internal audit and ensure compliance.
- Coordinates with property-level finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Reviews monthly P&L statements in detail and identify spending strategies.
- Ensures all hotels follow USALI standards and a uniform chart of accounts.
- Balance sheet review and cash management.
- Coordinate with Procurement to review processes and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 5–8 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of USALI standards and multi-property financial consolidation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
