Studio M Muscat is seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Hotel Manager to lead the overall hotel operations, drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with proven expertise in hotel sales, revenue management, or commercial strategy, with a demonstrated ability to grow market share, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sustainable financial results while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall hotel operations, ensuring operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

• Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Drive sales and business development across rooms and other revenue streams, building strong corporate and client relationships.

• Optimize pricing, occupancy, RevPAR, and distribution channels to maximize revenue and market share.

• Monitor financial performance, control operating costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

• Lead, motivate, and develop hotel teams, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.

• Oversee hotel facilities, maintenance, security, and compliance with applicable local regulations.

• Collaborate with the Regional Corporate Office to align commercial strategies and operational objectives.
