We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our hotel leadership team in Doha, Qatar. The role will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's financial and business support functions, driving financial performance, ensuring effective cost management, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's Finance function and ensure strong financial performance.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial planning.

• Provide strategic financial advice and commercial insights to senior management.

• Manage cash flow, treasury, cost control, and financial risks.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and audit requirements.

• Support business decisions through financial analysis and feasibility studies.

• Oversee procurement and supplier relationships from a financial perspective.

• Lead, develop, and mentor the Finance team.

• Drive process improvements and ensure effective use of financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional accounting qualification is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Strong hotel finance, commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control.
