The Area Commercial Director – KSA is responsible for leading and driving the overall commercial strategy across the assigned portfolio of hotels within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role oversees Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Business Development, and E-commerce functions to maximize profitability, market share, brand positioning, and commercial performance.
The Area Commercial Director works closely with General Managers, Corporate Leadership, and hotel commercial teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and market opportunities while delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue and market share across the KSA hotel portfolio.
Lead and oversee Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Distribution, and E-commerce functions.
Drive business growth through corporate, leisure, government, MICE, and group segments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize performance.
Ensure achievement of revenue targets, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, owners, and business partners.
Prepare commercial budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Collaborate closely with General Managers and operational teams to align commercial and operational objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Saudi market.
Lead, mentor, and develop commercial teams to ensure high performance and engagement.
Support brand positioning, digital marketing, and online distribution strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business meetings.
