Regional Director of HR – Hospitality

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Director of HR – Hospitality to lead people strategy across a growing portfolio of hotels in the UAE and MENA region.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an HR professional with 10–15 years of hospitality experience, passionate about shaping culture, elevating employee experience, and driving performance across multi-property hotel operations.
You will play a key role in building strong leadership pipelines, enhancing engagement, and ensuring HR excellence across all properties while aligning people strategy with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR strategy across hospitality operations and ensure alignment with business objectives
Oversee workforce planning, HR budgets, and productivity improvements
Manage talent acquisition for key leadership and management roles
Build strong succession plans and leadership pipelines
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and regional HR regulations
Lead employee relations, performance management, and HR governance
Support learning & development and leadership capability building
What We’re Looking For
10–15 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
Strong experience in multi-property hotel operations
Expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive culture, engagement, and organizational performance
