We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Director of HR – Hospitality to lead people strategy across a growing portfolio of hotels in the UAE and MENA region.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an HR professional with 10–15 years of hospitality experience, passionate about shaping culture, elevating employee experience, and driving performance across multi-property hotel operations.

You will play a key role in building strong leadership pipelines, enhancing engagement, and ensuring HR excellence across all properties while aligning people strategy with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy across hospitality operations and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Oversee workforce planning, HR budgets, and productivity improvements

• Manage talent acquisition for key leadership and management roles

• Build strong succession plans and leadership pipelines

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and regional HR regulations

• Lead employee relations, performance management, and HR governance

• Support learning & development and leadership capability building

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry

• Strong experience in multi-property hotel operations

• Expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to drive culture, engagement, and organizational performance
