With over 15+ hotels in the Kingdom, Millennium is growing fast and recruiting a Regional Director of Operations.

This newly created role is pivotal in evaluating and aligning with the short and long-term goals of the existing and new hotels in the Kingdom.

Operating under the direct supervision of the Managing Director, this role acts as a trusted, senior-level operational resource, providing hands-on support to property-level teams to resolve operational challenges, elevate service standards, and drive commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will have around 15-18 years hospitality experience, be a seasoned leader with strong multi-property operational expertise, capable of mobilizing quickly to address urgent issues, stabilize performance, and support projects.

He/she will also act as a corporate-level ambassador for operational excellence, brand consistency, and pre-opening readiness.

Arabic speaker a plus, and previous P&L management as well as KSA experience a must.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide operational support and performance oversight as well as ensure standards implementation and compliance

• Provide on-ground support to managed properties experiencing operational performance gaps or transitional challenges

• Serve as the point-of-contact for operational interventions and temporary leadership reinforcement at property level

• Implement brand standards, SOPs, and service recovery protocols where needed

• Collaborate with hotel General Managers to align operational strategies with Group objectives

• Monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, and financial metrics to diagnose operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
