Millennium Place Doha is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales function and drive revenue growth across all market segments. This role is responsible for developing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, including Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share.
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue corporate, group, and leisure accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review targets, progress, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, including corporate and group business.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as environmental, health, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Qatar market experience is required.
