We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Engineering team at a pre-opening hotel in Deira. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across the hotel.

• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot HVAC equipment as needed.

• Perform repairs and replacements to ensure proper system operation.

• Respond promptly to service calls and HVAC-related concerns.

• Assist in preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service activities.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Support and guide junior HVAC technicians as required.

• Stay updated on HVAC industry developments and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.

• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in hotels or commercial properties.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and perform preventive maintenance.

• Professional attitude, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety standards.
