We are looking for a Housekeeping/Laundry Valet to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in Deira. This role is responsible for handling guest laundry and valet items with care, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect guest laundry and valet items, noting any special instructions carefully.

• Tag, record, and track all items accurately.

• Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely processing of orders.

• Deliver cleaned and pressed items to guest rooms safely and on time.

• Maintain accurate records of laundry orders and billing details.

• Handle guest inquiries related to laundry and valet services professionally.

• Ensure high standards of presentation and service quality.

• Work closely with Housekeeping and Laundry teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in laundry, valet, or housekeeping operations in a hotel is preferred.

• Good attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

• Professional attitude and basic communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
