As a Colleagues Facilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing colleague accommodation facilities in Dubai & Abu Dhabi provided by the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of colleagues residing in company-provided accommodation.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team responsible for the management and maintenance of colleague accommodation facilities.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all accommodation units.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out processes for colleagues, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Address and resolve colleague concerns and issues related to accommodation.
- Maintain accurate records of accommodation assignments, availability, and occupancies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of accommodation units.
- Plan and oversee maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments as needed.
- Coordinate with transportation services for commuting colleagues, if applicable.
- Implement colleague accommodation policies and guidelines.
- Promote a sense of community and colleague well-being within accommodation facilities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in accommodation management.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
