We are looking for a junior Human Resources Business Partner, based in our Millennium Hotels in Abu Dhabi.

This role will be pivotal in supporting Employee Relations in our five owned hotels, four in Abu Dhabi and one in Dubai, and will involve spending a day/week in each. 

You will be directly responsible for engagement activities, ER and internal communication (including online). As the go-to HR person on site, you will work collaboratively with the Dubai-based shared services team to address administrative requests.

The role demands a good level of communication skills in handling employees’ requests, alongside proactively handling operational matters in a practical way, as well as some interest in coaching or mentoring.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in hospitality, a can-do attitude, be proactive and results driven and be ideally already based in Abu Dhabi, with weekly travels to Dubai.
